We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a booking or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Important Note: This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
To secure a photography session or event date, we require a non-refundable deposit (typically 25-50% of the total service fee). This deposit serves as a retainer to reserve your date and is applied toward your total balance.
The non-refundable nature of deposits is due to the fact that once a date is reserved for you, we decline all other potential bookings for that date. The deposit compensates us for this opportunity cost and for the administrative work involved in booking your session.
If you need to cancel your photography session, the following refund terms apply:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to be effective. The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notice. Please include your name, contact information, and booking details in your cancellation notice.
We understand that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may sometimes occur. In cases of serious illness, injury, or bereavement, we may, at our discretion, offer a more flexible approach to our cancellation policy. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be requested.
If you need to reschedule your photography session, the following terms apply:
Rescheduled sessions must take place within six months of the original session date. If the rescheduled session cannot be accommodated within this timeframe, it will be treated as a cancellation subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Photography is an artistic service. While we strive for client satisfaction, we cannot offer refunds based on subjective preferences regarding artistic style, image composition, or editing choices that align with our portfolio and established style.
Due to the nature of digital products, once digital image files have been delivered to you, no refunds can be provided.
Online galleries are typically available for a limited time (usually 30-60 days) as specified in your contract. It is your responsibility to download your images within this timeframe. Requests to reactivate an expired gallery may incur additional fees.
When a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
